HALE and CNET lead the Citizen’s Voice work in the Activation contract.
By getting involved in Citizen’s Voice, people and communities can share their voices and support the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership to better understand their views. VCSE groups can also take part in activating campaigns & projects that fall under Citizen’s Voice’s scope of work.
Citizen’s Voice supports people to act on their wellbeing and access services safely and appropriately.
This is done by Activation partners:
• Facilitating the Maternity and Neo-natal Voices Partnership (MNVP) and Women’s Health Network (WHN).
• Supporting Involvement Projects to help commissioners gather insight from communities around health and care-related topics.
• Facilitating meetings, events, workshops and one to one conversation with people.

• Listen In
• Closing The Gap – Deliberative Events
• Digital Cancer Screening Survey
• Carers Voice Survey
• Gathering people’s experience of care comments and feeding these back to Health and Care.
