Community Anchor Recruitment
Bradford VCSE Alliance has launched the recruitment process for VCSE
organisations wishing to be involved in Community Partnerships across Bradford District and Craven.
Building on the success of the Community Anchors contributions over the last four years, Bradford VCS Alliance is accepting Expressions of Interest from VCSE
organisations who wish to be either a Lead Anchor Organisation or a Supporting Organisation to the Anchor Lead.
We are pleased to announce that we have secured grants of up to £5,250 per annum for 2 years for each Community Partnership area for the VCSE to engage and develop the following areas:
- Collaborate with other VCSE organisations to bring expertise, local insight and influence in your Community Partnership
- Represent the VCSE sector within the Community Partnership Leadership Team and at Community Partnership Steering Group meetings
- Work with the wider VCSE sector across a Community Partnership Geography to understand and communicate challenges and opportunities for the sector and communities and problem solve together.
We are seeking applications from Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations, rooted in place, to work with us over the next two years, as a supportive, collaborative, honest broker for the VCSE and enable resource that improves partnership working between sectors.
Submissions to be made by expression of interest by Thursday 11th May, telling us how you can achieve the characteristics in the recruitment resource, and what mechanisms you would use to fulfil the anchor lead or support role.
Following expressions of interest, we will hold a participatory
recruitment discussion on the morning of Friday 19th May, which you will be required to attend.
If you wish to have an informal chat about this opportunity please email: rachel@thevcsalliance.org.uk, alternately you can download an EOI form and pack using the buttons below.
